I am so very sorry to hear of Doris' passing. She was always so sweet to me, Janice, and Shela. She was just a very dear person that I am priviledged to have known.

Doris was a dear friend of our family! She was such a loving, kind, generous, thoughtful, Christian, Lady. She brought joy and laughter to any event or occasion. She loved children and young people. She provided a job of cutting grass for our boys when they were "growing up". They enjoyed the nice refreshments she gave them when they finished mowing the grass! They enjoyed the fun times and being in her company. We did, also. She welcomed people to our Church and encouraged them to come to the programs. She could not "move slow" and "almost ran" to complete any chore or to help someone! We shall miss her!
