Linda Elaine Webb Wilson Mitchell, age 50, of Union Point, Georgia, died on Saturday, July 7, 2007 at her residence. A native of Greene County she was born September 25, 1956 to the late Archie Daniel Webb and Lois Marie Canup Lankford. She worked for Lena-Hy Garment Company and later worked as a cashier for the antique store and deer cooler in Siloam, GA.

Survivors include a daughter, Megan Mitchell of Covington, GA; three sons, Robert S. "Robby" Wilson of Union Point, GA, Tim Wilson of Lawrenceville, GA and Danny Wilson of Danielsville, GA; two sisters, Shirley Vetter and husband Joe of Mountain Home, Arkansas and Sharon Johnson and husband Percy of Birmingham, Alabama; three brothers, Wendell Lewis Webb of Union Point, Georgia, Carson William Webb of Union Point, Georgia and Clifford Webb of Maxeys, Georgia; and a number of other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Erin Elaine Wilson and a brother, Fred Webb, Sr.

Graveside Services will be held Wednesday, July 11, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Dennis Mitchell and Rev. Johnny Barrett officiating. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon before the service at the funeral home. McCommons Funeral Home, 109 W. I was,nt able to attend my mothers furneral today.But i would like everyone to know that i wish i could have made it.But i do have fond memerories as a child of things we did together.That i will trully miss my mother and i loved her...........love your youngest son.....danny
