When cremation is chosen as a method of final disposition, the most important question every family should ask when choosing a funeral home is “where is the crematory located and who operates it?” We are unique for the fact that we own and operate our own crematory. By owning and operating our own crematory, we ensure that cremation policies and procedures are carried out with the utmost detail, care, dignity, and professionalism.
All of our funeral directors have been CANA certified, state inspected and state licensed to operate the crematory. On many occasions, the same funeral director that goes to the place of death and meets the family for final funeral arrangements is the same person completing the cremation process and handing the cremated remains back to the family. The person you are talking to is the person who will do the cremation.
Families need to be aware of where and who is handling the cremation for their family. Families trust us to manage all the details when caring for their loved ones and are glad to hear that we will not only oversee the entire cremation process, but we will handle it as well. Families can take comfort in knowing that their loved one never leaves our care. Your loved one is in our secured home with state of the art refrigeration and does not lay in a warehouse waiting to be cremated.
We come in a hearse in a suit and tie to pick your loved one up, not a minivan or pickup truck. We also come in a timely manner usually within an hour no matter if it is at 2:00 a.m. in the morning, a holiday or weekend. We are on call 24-7.
We get your death certificates in a timely manner.
If the dignity and care of your loved one matters to you, you should choose us because we are your neighbor and our reputation rides on treating you and your family right.
We contribute to and support the same charities and organizations in our community that you do.
All of our employees have been here for years and are not just some one hired off the street yesterday.
All of our funeral directors are licensed and Cremation Association of North American Certified and follow the CANA code of ethics.
