I have many fond memories of Mrs. Brook. I remember as a child she would fry okra and put it in a brown paper bag and Mike "Hook" and I would get on our bikes and ride around Greensboro and go to the Methodist and swing and eat fried okra!!
She was always there for all of us when we came home and would fry up some scrambled eggs, buttered toast and crispy bacon! What a Great Mom she was to all of us!
She will always hold a very special place in my heart,
Sincerely.
Ricky
