Yvonne Lanette Jarrell

Yvonne Lanette Jarrell of Penfield, GA died Saturday, December 17, 2022 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Athens, GA. She was 48. A lifelong resident of Greene County, she was born on January 22, 1974 to the late Dorothy Ann Burgess Jarrell and Robert Allen Jarrell. In 1992 she graduated from Greene County High School. For a number of years she worked as a cashier for T. A. Travel Center in Madison, GA. She was known for her love and steadfast support of her niece and extended family.  Growing up she attended Penfield Baptist Church with her family.  She doted her time on her niece, Isabel Perez.      

Survivors include her only sister, Donna Jarrell Martinez of Woodville, GA and niece, Isabel Marie Perez also of Woodville, GA.  She is also survived by her longtime boyfriend, Lee Stapp, many other relatives and friends.
