Thomas Sherrer Obituary

Thomas Reginald “Reggie” Sherrer, age 49, of Union Point, Georgia, died Sunday, February 18, 2007 at his residence. Born in Fulton County on April 16, 1957 he was the son of Lina Belle Hunt Sherrer of Union Point, GA and the late Robert Thomas “Bobby” Sherrer. He graduated from North Clayton High School and worked as an independent truck driver. In addition to his mother, Lina Belle Hunt Sherrer, of Union Point, GA, he is survived by two daughters, Jessica Sherrer Warnick and husband Michael of the Greshamville Community in Greene County and Kimberly Nicole Sherrer of Texas; a son, Reginald Allen Sherrer of Tampa, FL; a sister, Charlotte A. Bentley of White Plains, GA; a brother, Robert Thomas Sherrer, Jr. and wife Cynthia of Covington, GA; and a number of other relatives and friends. Graveside Services will be held on Tuesday, February 20, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at Wisteria Cemetery in Union Point with Rev. Jim Olds officiating. Serving as pallbearers are Allen Griffith, Richard Cronic, Bud Thornton, Rocky Roberts, Danny Copelan and Wayne Jackson.
