Steven (Steve) Patrick Phipps

Steven (Steve) Patrick Phipps, 60, of Georgia, passed away on June 11, 2026. Born on October 1, 1965, Steve lived a life defined by quiet strength, loyalty, and a deep devotion to his family.

Steve was preceded in death by his mother, Pat, and his older brother, Bill.

He is survived by his father, Donald, and stepmother, Jane, of Greensboro, GA; his brother, Donnie (Nancy) of Duluth, GA. Steve is also survived by his nieces and nephews: Jesse Fogel (Carl) of Brookhaven, GA; Jaclyn Webber (Oliver) of Johns Island, SC; TNeil Williams (Brad) of Swainsboro, GA; and Ryan Phipps of Statesboro, GA. Each of them brought him great pride and joy.

Steve was honored to be a great‑uncle to his many grandnieces and his grandnephews. All held a special place in his heart.

The family takes solace in knowing that Steve is reunited with loved ones who preceded him and now rests in the presence of Christ. His memory will remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
