Sandra Mullinax Couch of Greensboro, GA, died on Tuesday, April 2, 2019, at her residence at the age of 77.  Born in Duluth, GA on January 11, 1942 she was the daughter of the late Roy Mullinax and Hazel Hamrick Mullinax.  

Survivors include her husband, Jimmy Couch of Greensboro, GA; her son, Dr. Chad Couch and his wife Lynn of Bristol, TN; two grandsons, Chad Couch, Jr. and Tucker Couch.
 
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, April 13, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Lake Oconee Presbyterian Church, 113 Scott Road, Eatonton, GA 31024 with Rev. Marion Clark and Rev. Samuel Smith officiating.  The family requests that any memorials be made to Lake Oconee Presbyterian Church, 113 Scott Road, Eatonton, GA 31024.  McCommons Funeral Home, 109 W.
