Rufus Marvin Few 

Rufus Marvin Few of Greensboro, GA, passed away Friday, December 8, 2017.  Born in Greshamville on April 25, 1943, he was the son of the late Stovall C. Few and Annie Lee Harris Few.  He was a construction worker in Texas for over thirty years and after retiring moved to Atlanta.  Later he moved to Greensboro where he was living at the time of his death.  Rufus was a faithful member of Fork Chapel United Methodist Church and considered them his family.  He was an avid sports fan and loved watching all sports on television especially baseball and the Braves.

A celebration of his life will be held Sunday, December 17, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Fork Chapel United Methodist Church with Rev. Dr. Anthony Gavalas officiating.  Inurnment will be in the Fork Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery.  Memorial gifts in memory of Rufus may be made to the Fork Chapel United Methodist Church c/o 1670 Reid Duvall Road, Madison, Georgia 30650.  McCommons Funeral Home, 109 W.
