Ron passed peacefully at St. Mary's Hospital in Greensboro on Wednesday, July 23, 2025. He was born on November 6, 1933, in Plymouth, Massachusetts, the son of Alice (Gilli) and Joseph Kaiser. He previously resided in Plymouth and Kingston, Massachusetts, before relocating to Florida in 1990 and then to Georgia in 2017. An avid sportsman, he was passionate about boating, hunting, and fishing. A lifelong bird enthusiast, he diligently maintained feeders and birdhouses for his feathered friends. Ron was a U.S. Navy Veteran of the Korean War, serving on a Navy Destroyer for four years.
Ron leaves behind his wife, Janice (Pavesi) Kaiser, to whom he was married for 67 years, along with two daughters, Heather (Steve) Dion of Eatonton and Laurie Kaiser (Jon) Davis of Hinsdale, New Hampshire. He also leaves behind three grandchildren, Meghan Nugent and Molly (Nic) Fox of Eatonton, Allegra Davis of Boston, Massachusetts, and a great-grandson, Killian J. Fox, also of Eatonton; Ron is also survived by his sisters, Sandra (Bob) Cotti and Patricia (Mike) Barrett of Plymouth, Massachusetts.
