Greensboro, GA – Paul W. Farrar passed away on August 18, 2014 at the Savannah Court of Lake Oconee. Paul was born March 31, 1928 in Mantachie, MS. He loved traveling in his motor home and there was not a mechanical problem he could not solve. He was a loving father and will be dearly missed.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Pauline, mother Irene Farrar, and sisters Mary Ruth Anderson and Willie Mae Shipp.

Survivors include his daughter, Paula May of Eatonton, GA, and his son, Gary Farrar, of Birmingham, AL. He also leaves 2 grandsons, a granddaughter, 2 great grandsons and 2 great granddaughters.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, August 21, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Lee Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, 5257 Raymond Avenue, Verona, MS. The family will receive friends Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until time for the service at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Lee Memorial Park.
