Maureen Elizabeth Harty

Maureen Elizabeth Harty of Greensboro, GA passed away on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at the age of 72. Maureen was born in Marion, OH on February 19, 1950 to the late James Morton Harty, Jr. and the late Bertha Moloney Harty. She graduated from Marian Catholic High School and received her Bachelor’s degree from The Wheeling Jesuit University. She had a successful career in the banking, consulting and credit card industries for over 25 years.  In 2003 she moved to their home in Reynolds Lake Oconee in Greensboro, GA from Dunwoody, GA.  After moving to Greensboro, Maureen served as the liturgical coordinator of Christ Our King and Savior Catholic Church for over a decade.  Baking and cooking were some of her favorite things to do along with visiting family, traveling and walking.
 
Maureen is survived by her husband of 42 years, Peter Faletti of Greensboro, GA; sister, Linda Photos of Fort Myers, FL; brothers, Donald Harty (Melissa) of Edwardsburg, MI, David Harty (Christy) of Pataskala, OH and Kevin Harty (Susan) of London, OH; many nieces and nephews and many friends.  She was preceded in death by her father, James Harty and her mother, Bertha Harty.
 
Graveside services will be held at Honey Creek Woodlands, 2625 Highway 212 S. W., Conyers, GA 30094 on Tuesday, March 8, 2022 at 10:30 a.m..
