Mary Bill (Buckland) Pollock

Mary Bill Buckland Pollock of Greensboro, Georgia, died on Saturday, March 19, 2022 at her residence. She was 65. Mary Bill was born in Macon, GA in Bibb County on February 22, 1957 the daughter of the late William and Mary Stanley Buckland. She graduated from Greene County High School in 1974.  Mary Bill worked as a supervisor for Mary Leila Cotton Mill.  Shopping was one of her favorite activities, but she also loved being outdoors and going to the beach or to a pool.  

Survivors include her son, David William Allen (Brooke) of Greensboro, GA; daughter, Bridgett Pollock (Donny Kitchens)  of Augusta, GA; sisters, Harriete Lynn Smith (Zachary} and Carrie Buckland; brothers, Cody Buckland and Chey Buckland; grandchildren,Taylor Allen Goss (Jacob) Tennett Allen, Brooklyn Allen and Wyatt Allen; and other relatives and friends.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony Pollock, her brother, William Boy Buckland and sister, Betsy Buckland Moon.

Graveside Services will be held Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at Greenview Cemetery, Memorial Drive, Greensboro, GA 30642 with Rev. Bruce Lovin officiating.   McCommons Funeral Home, 109 W.
