JoAnn Mary Joosten Burke

JoAnn Mary Joosten Burke, age 64, of Greensboro, Georgia, died on Thursday, January 25, 2007 at her home. JoAnn was born on April 13, 1942, in Outagamie County, Wisconsin the daughter of Frances Vandenberg Joosten and the late Walter Arnold Joosten. She graduated from St. John''s High School in Little Chute, WI and took dental assistant courses at Marquette University. She was a member of Christ Our King and Savior Catholic Church in Greensboro. She was a homemaker and had lived in Greensboro since March of 2005.

In addition to her mother, Frances V. Joosten Behnke of Appleton, WI, she is survived by her husband, James L. "Jim" Burke of Greensboro, GA; a daughter, Kelly Ann Burke of Minneapolis, MN; a son, Robert Keith Burke of Virginia Beach, VA; and a host of other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Walter Joosten.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, January 29, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at Christ Our King & Savior Catholic Church in Greensboro, GA with Father G. Philip Ryan officiating. The family will receive friends after the service in the Sacred Heart Social Hall.
