Jerry Elbert Tollison, age 69, of Grayson, GA, died Monday, September 27, 2021 at his residence. A native of DeKalb County, GA, he was born April 11, 1952 to the late Jerry Frank Tollison and Helen Martin Tollison. He was a graduate of Cross Keys High School and on June 8, 1974 he married the former Mary Rebecca Farmer. In 2000 they moved to Grayson, GA where they have lived for the last twenty-one years. Jerry was the Regional Account Manager for Moen Accessories retiring in 2020. He loved baseball, putting puzzles together, football and plants. His greatest enjoyment was watching his children when they played sports. He was a member of Brookhaven United Methodist Church, but also attended Walker United Methodist Church in Greensboro, GA.
Survivors include his wife, Becky Tollison of Grayson, GA; three children, Steven Matthew Tollison, Adam Richard Tollison and Angela Rebecca Tollison; sisters, Annette Davenport (Jimmy) and Cindy Scaramellino (Frank); brother, Jim Tollison (Sandra); and many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by a sister, Becky McAllister.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at the Walker United Methodist Church in Greensboro, GA with Rev. John Pike officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church from 10:00 a.m. until time for the service. Serving as pallbearers are Matt Tollison, Paul Barrow, Len McAllister, Jim Tollison, Tim Sikes, Tony Dean, Chris Davenport, and Adam Tollison.
