James Courter Obituary

James Daniel Courter of Greensboro, Georgia, passed away on Friday, January 10, 2025, at the age of 65. Born in Atlanta, Georgia on July 28, 1959, he was the son of the late Robert D. Courter and Nell O’Flaherty Courter. He had a successful career in landscaping and at the time of his death he was the Project Manager for Noles Landscaping.

Survivors include his wife, Starr Courter of Greensboro, GA; three daughters, Ashley Pizzolado, Savannah Courter and Madison Courter; sister, Grace Best; brother, Robert Courter; seven nieces and nephews, and nine great nieces and great nephews.

The family will have a private celebration of James' life on Tuesday, January 14, 2025. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Arbor Society. McCommons Funeral Home, 109 W.
