Gladys Antonia (Hernandez) Aleman

Gladys Antonia Hernandez Aleman, age 84, of Milledgeville, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at Green Acres Nursing Home in Milledgeville.  She had moved from Eatonton to Milledgeville approximately one month before.

Gladys was born on June 13, 1940 in San Salvador, El Salvador to the late Francisca Hernandez and Manuel Aleman. She went to school while living in El Salvador.  After moving to America she worked several jobs in sales, but continued to be a homemaker.  She was a wonderful mother and will be missed by everyone.

Survivors include her daughters, Maria Jimena (Saenz) Maddox and husband Greg, Daisy Zarina Castellon and Silvana Mcrath; son, Marco Vinicio Melara; other relatives and many friends.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, June 29, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Christ Our King & Savior Catholic Church, 6341 Lake Oconee Parkway, Greensboro, GA, 30642 with Father Adam Blatt officiating.
