Frederick Delles Obituary

Frederick Mark Delles, 59, of Greensboro, GA died Friday, February 21, 2003. Born September 3, 1943 in Rochester County New York, he was the son of Peter Frederick and Marian Hoffman Delles of Sun City Center, FL. He was a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology and Arizona State University with advanced degrees in chemistry and did analysis on moon rocks. Mr. Delles taught Computer Science at Georgia College and State University and Athens Tech. He was a member of Lake Oconee Presbyterian Church.

In addition to his parents he is survived by his wife, JoAnne Delles of Greensboro, GA; three daughters, Vicky Gowens of Rome, GA, Theresa Clegg of Eatonton, GA and Linda Delles of Phoenix, AZ; one son,Charles Delles; two stepsons, Dennis LeFever and David LeFever, and two grandchildren, Tabitha Gowens and Tyler LeFever.

Memorial Services will be held Saturday, February 22, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. at Lake Oconee Presbyterian Church with Dr. Joe King officiating. The family requests that memorials be made to the Lake Oconee Presbyterian Church Building Fund, 1097 Lake Oconee Parkway, Suite 301, Eatonton, GA 31024 or to the Leukemia Society, 2625 Cumberland Parkway, Suite 205, Atlanta, GA 30339.
