Frean Diane (Chase) Brolin

Frean Diane (Chase) Brolin, age 82, passed away on Sunday, June 1, 2025, at The Haven at Lake Oconee in Greensboro, GA.  Frean was born on August 22, 1942, in Plainville, CT and was a resident of Marietta, GA since 1985. She was the daughter of the late Jeanette Johnson (Chase) Brabant and Frank Chase, Jr. Frean graduated from Plainville High School, class of 1960, where she was an award-winning French Horn player with the marching band. Her interests included cooking, knitting, and bargain hunting.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Linda Jean Chase.  She is survived by her daughter, Pamela Frean Gehle (Bryan) of Centreville, VA, her son Gregg Eric Lutz (Kelley) of Greensboro, GA, grandchildren, Madeline Gehle of Ashburn, VA, Nicholas Gehle of Centreville, VA, Abby Lutz and Drew Lutz, both of Greensboro, GA, along with her niece Carrie and other relatives and neighbors.
