Dorothy "Dot" Ellen (Whitlock) Stewart

Dorothy Ellen Whitlock Stewart, 69, of Eatonton, Georgia died Sunday, December 1, 2024, at her residence. Born in Madison, GA on October 31, 1955, she was the daughter of the late John Thomas Whitlock and Jennie Henrietta Spratlin Whitlock. She grew up in Madison, GA and attended Morgan County school. She worked at McDowell Sewing Plant and also as a waitress at the Waffle House. She was a member of Brownwood Baptist Church in Madison, GA. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and friends. Some of her favorite pastimes were playing cards, and games and watching the Atlanta Braves.

Survivors include her children, William Stewart (Lisa) of Greshamville; Amy Stewart of Madison and Tammy Stewart of Eatonton; 13 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; siblings, Harold Whitlock, Barry Whitlock, Jenny Stewart, Susan Callaway; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Marietta Whitlock, John Thomas Whitlock, Jr. and Gloria Jean Smith.

Memorial Services will be held Saturday, December 14, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. at Brownwood Baptist Church, 1521 Thankful Road, Madison, GA 30650 with Rev. Anthony Cottrell and Rev.
