Cozzie Mae (Fowler) Corry

Cozzie Mae Fowler Corry, of Eatonton, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, August 2, 2022 at her residence in Eatonton at the age of 82. She was born in Athens, GA on September 14, 1939 to the late Henry Lee Fowler and Etta Mae Geter Fowler and attended school in Jackson County. She was retired from Haband, Inc. as a picker. For the last thirty years she has lived in Eatonton, GA close to her daughter, Lynn Rachels and son, Tracy Corry.  Cooking, crafting, growing flowers  and painting anything that needed a fresh coat were her favorite past times. 
 
Preceding her in death was her husband, William Rhodes Corry, Jr.; son, Mark Corry; and a sister, Susie Patrick. Her survivors include her daughter, Lynn Rachels (Todd) of Eatonton, GA; sons, Mike Corry (Jessica) of Hephzibah, GA, Tim Corry of Gray, GA and Tracy Corry of Eatonton, GA; brother, Fred Fowler (Brenda) of Winterville, GA; five grandchildren: Jackson Corry, Kimberly Corry, Rachel Richards (Brad), Jennifer Lovett (Kirk) and Jalin Scott; ten great grandchildren and two great, great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
 
Graveside Services will be held, Thursday, August 4, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Greenlawn Cemetery, Rhodes Street, Union Point, GA 30669 with Rev. Alec Ward officiating. Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. until time for the service at the funeral home.  Serving as pallbearers will be Todd Rachels, Brad Richards, Kirk Lovett, Jackson Corry, Steve Perry, and Justin Strickland.
