Claudia Sue (Baldwin) Fowler

Claudia Sue Baldwin Fowler, age 81, of Greensboro, GA, died on Monday, December 26, 2022 at St. Mary’s Good Samaritan Hospital in Greensboro. Born in Atlanta, GA, she was the daughter of the late Claude Oscar Baldwin and Louie Belle Herron Baldwin. Claudia graduated from Roosevelt High School in 1958 and in June of 1959 she married Jerry Bartow Fowler.  For over twenty years, she was the supervisor for Gwinnett County Public Works retiring in 1995.  In 2019 they moved from Grayson, GA to the lake area. While living in Grayson they attended Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Lawrenceville. 

Besides her husband of sixty-three years, Jerry Bartow Fowler of Greensboro, GA, she is survived by two sons, Jerry L. Fowler and wife Kelli of Greensboro, GA and Glyn D. Fowler and wife Rachel of Winder, GA;  grandchildren, Michael Fowler and wife Teresa, Christopher Fowler and wife Lindsey, Trevor Fowler and Haley Fowler; great grandchildren, Conner, Cameron and Paxton; a number of other relatives and friends.
