Chasity Lenee' Allen

Chasity Lenee’ Callaway Allen, age 40, of Greensboro, GA, died Monday, October 18, 2021.  A lifelong resident of Greene County, she was born on February 2, 1981 in Greensboro, GA to Melanie Anne Thurmond Burt and Terry Lee Callaway.  She attended Greene County High School and continued her education receiving medical assistant training in Milledgeville, GA.  At the time of her death she was a caregiver for several families and was the owner of Chat Chat Property Management LLC.  Chasity had a beautiful smile, a big heart and was a dear friend to many.  She doted on her children and was a great mother. She enjoyed music, decorating and any sports that her children played.  Chasity will be greatly missed by a multitude of friends and loved ones.

Survivors include her mother, Melanie Thurmond Burt; her father, Terry Lee Callaway; daughter, Taylor Allen Goss and her husband Jacob; son Tennet Allen; sister, Carrie Anne Bilbo; brothers, Jacob “Bubba” Callaway and his wife Katy; Ryan Christian Callaway and William Lee Callaway; nieces, Gracelynn Anne Bilbo and Sarah Frances Callaway; maternal great grandmother, Naomi Credille; other relatives and friends. She is also survived by her beloved pets Max, Ruby, Rumple and Lucy.  She was preceded in death by maternal grandmother Kathie Godbee; maternal grandfather, Jimmy Thurmond; and paternal grandparents, William and Gloree Callaway. 

Services will be held on October 31, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church, 203 South Main Street, Greensboro, GA 30642 with Rev. Mark Jones, Rev. Mark Lhowe and Rev. Farrett Boswell officiating.  Burial will follow in the Greenview Cemetery, Memorial Drive, Greensboro, GA 30642.  The family will receive friends Sunday, October 31, 2021 at the church from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m..  McCommons Funeral Home, 109 W.
