Cathryn Marie Whichard Boswell

Cathryn Marie Whichard Boswell of Greensboro, GA died on Sunday, July 30, 2017 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Athens, GA. She was 81. Cathryn was born in Macon, GA on September 4, 1935, the daughter of the late Clyde Leroy Whichard and Alma Floye Jenkins Whichard. She graduated from Greensboro High School. In addition to being a homemaker, Cathryn was the owner and operator of Cathryn’s Hair Styles.

Survivors include her only daughter, Donna and husband Larry of Greensboro, GA, two grandsons, Brad Smith and wife Karen and Bo Smith and wife Missy; great grand children, Bentley Cooper Smith, Grayson McCoy Smith, Leah Caroline Smith and Samuel Owen Smith; other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her brother, Clyde Lafayette “Sonny” Whichard and a great grand child, Isabella Katelyn “Bella” Smith.
