Blair Adam Wilkes

      Blair Adam Wilkes of Hoschton, GA, died Monday, November 21, 2022 at Grady Memorial Hospital at the age of 38.  Born July 25, 1984 he was the son of Matthew Allen Wilkes and Lisa Kay Johnson Abbott.  He graduated from Loganville High School and began working for Tishman Speyer HVAC.  Later he was the Landscape Foreman for Fennscapes, LLC until his car accident in April of this year.  He loved to spend time with family and friends, playing his guitar and being outdoors hunting and fishing.  Blair was a proud, loving and affectionate father of 3 young boys Avery, Brantley, and Cason ages 15, 11, and 6. Blair was loved by everyone who knew him.
      In addition to his parents, Matthew Wilkes and Lisa Abbott, Blair is survived by his brother, Brandon Allen Wilkes his wife Brandi and children, Parker and Jase; sister, Samantha Emery her husband Josh and children, Landon and Raely, among many other relatives and life-long friends.
      Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Liberty United Methodist Church, 3091 Liberty Church Road, White Plains, GA 30678 with Rev. Tom Compton officiating.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery.  Serving as pallbearers are Brandon Wilkes, Avery Wilkes, Parker Wilkes, Stanley Garner, Chen Herr and James Fenn.  The family will receive friends Wednesday from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM for viewing and memorial services to begin at 2:00 p.m. at Liberty United Methodist Church. Reception will be held at the church following the memorial for those who wish to stay and visit with family and friends.
