Barbara Colleen Jones

On Friday, January 5th, 2024, Barbara Colleen Jones, the beautiful wife of Ronald Jones, our
wonderful mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother and friend to all left us to meet her
Lord and Savior after battling cancer for the second time. Barbara never met a stranger and
became an instant friend to everyone she met. If you had a chance to meet her, your life would
have been uplifted to the next level. Her passion for life brought such joy and happiness into the
world not to mention her humor and infectious laughter. It is not often that you meet such a
special person who spreads joy and kindness wherever her travels took her. Our mother majored
in being the matriarch of our family where she shared a 63-year love story with our father who
was her husband and best friend. 

She is survived by the following family members: Ronald Jones (spouse), Scott and Lynn Jones (son and daughter-in-law), Lynn Garrett (daughter), Bruce and Kathy Latham (brother and sister-in-law), and Colleen Paternostro, Nicci Pendergrass, Kelsey Dennis, Darby Jones, and Charlie Jones (grandchildren).
