Aureida Lee Pridgen

Aureida Lee Coleman Pridgen of Greensboro, GA, died on December 11, 2020 at St. Mary’s Hospice House in Watkinsville, GA at the age of 83.  She was born February 26, 1937 in Barnesville, GA to the late Eustace Eugene Coleman, Sr. and Sarah Frances Haralson Coleman. She graduated from Gordon Military College in 1955.  After high school she lived and worked in Atlanta, GA for twenty years.  For many years she worked as secretary to the president and also secretary to the vice president in sales at Wellington Industries in Madison, GA. Prior to that, she worked at Neiman Marcus as the office manager.  She loved to read and watch tv and also did oil painting.  Aureida was a member of the First Baptist Church in Barnesville, GA. 
 
Survivors include her brother, Eustace Eugene “Gene” Coleman, Jr. and his wife Jean of Greensboro, GA; and her beloved nieces and nephews, Holly Amanda Fricke (Carey), Sherra Heather Beaver, Glen Anthony Coleman, Jeffrey Sheldon Coleman (Tina), and Scott Eugene Coleman (Carmen).
