Virginia Taylor Obituary

Virginia A. Kienker Taylor, age 89, of Norwood, OH, died Tuesday, December 18, 2007 at Coliseum Medical Center in Macon, GA. She was born in Hamilton County, OH on March 2, 1918 to the late Harry F. Kienker and Clara C. Leischer Kienker. A resident of Norwood, Ohio she was a homemaker, fifty year member of the Seven Hills Chapter #589 Order of Eastern Star, past president of North Norwood PTA and devoted member of Zion United Church of Christ.

She was the widow of Clarence C. Taylor and devoted mother of Ronald C. Taylor (Elaine) of Eatonton, GA, William C. Taylor (Crystal) of Greensboro, GA, and Kenneth H. Taylor of Greensboro, GA; and grandmother of Karyn L. Taylor and Melissa B. Milligan (Jim).

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, December 22, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at Zion United Church of Christ. Interment will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park, 10209 Plainfield Road, Cincinnati, OH 45241. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday night at Vorhis Funeral Home, 5501 Montgomery Road, Norwood, OH, (513) 631-4884 . The family requests that any memorial contributions be made to Zion United Church of Christ, Indian Mound and Montgomery Road, Norwood, OH 45212 or Shriners Hospital for Children, 3229 Burnet Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45229.
