Victoria Lorenzini Obituary

Victoria Mastrogiovanni Lorenzini, formerly of New Jersey and Florida, passed away Friday, January 6, 2017 at Boswell Parker Health and Rehabilitation in Greensboro, GA.  She was 99.  Born in Vineland, New Jersey on April 5, 1917 she was the daughter of the late Joe Mastrogiovanni and Philomena Puglis Mastrogiovanni.  She grew up and attended school in Vineland, New Jersey and worked in a factory there when she was younger.  As a teenager she worked on a farm.  Victoria married James Nase who preceded her in death.  After the death of James, she married Oliver Lorenzini and they made their home in Delray Beach, Florida where she lived for forty years.  On May 13, 2015 after her second husband, Oliver, passed away she moved to Greensboro to live with her niece, Geri Anthony.  All of her life she was a people person who worked hard, was a good housekeeper and was a caregiver for her family.   Walking and taking care of her dog, Lovebug, were her favorite pastimes.  She was of the Catholic faith.

Victoria is survived by her niece and caretaker, Geraldine “Geri” Anthony of Greensboro, GA; other nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.  She is also survived by her beloved dog, Lovebug.


The family received friends from 1:00 p.m. to 5:p.m. on Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at McCommons Funeral Home in Greensboro, GA.  A funeral Service will be held at a later date in Vineland, New Jersey.  Interment will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery, 791 E.
