Rudy Carl Williams, Sr.

Rudy Carl Williams, Sr., age 83, of Eatonton, GA passed away on Wednesday, February 25, 2015, at Eatonton Health and Rehabilitation in Eatonton, Ga.  Born in Nolensville, TN on March 20, 1931, he was the son of the late Gladys Ball and Harvel William Williams, Sr.  He graduated from Tennessee Tech in Civil Engineering and went to work for Monsanto.  Rudy married Anna Ruth West in December of 1953.  He relocated to Lake Oconee from Oakridge, TN in 2003.  He was a member of Lake Oconee Presbyterian Church in Eatonton, GA.

Mr. Williams is survived by his wife of sixty-three years, Anna Williams of Eatonton, GA; daughter, Faith Ann Dove and husband George of Greensboro, GA; grandchildren, Hattie Era Dove and Richard Casey Dove; sister-in-law, Judy Williams of Nashville, TN; and several nieces and nephews in Harriman and Nashville, TN.  He was preceded in death by a son, Rudy C. Williams, Jr. and a brother, Harvel William Williams, Jr.
