Philip Subacz Obituary

Philip Walter Subacz, 32, of Atlanta, GA, passed away Monday, May 6, 2019 at Northside Hospital in Atlanta. 

He graduated in 2013 from Auburn University in Alabama and received his Juris Doctor degree in 2017 from Mercer University School of Law in Macon, GA. Philip then moved to Atlanta where he realized his dream of becoming an attorney by practicing law at King & Spalding.  He was also a member of the Georgia Bar Association.

Philips kind nature influenced the lives of many friends and family members. He was a collector of fountain pens, loved the art of writing, boating, cooking, automobiles, gaming, soccer and golf. 

In addition to his father and mother Lawrence and Theresa Subacz of Greensboro, GA, survivors include his sister Cristie M. Subacz of Clearwater, FL; brother Jonathan L. Subacz (Kimberly) of Canton, GA; maternal grandfather Walter Solowynsky; nephews Matthew and William, niece Charlotte; other relatives and numerous friends. Philip was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother Mary (Walter) Solowynsky and paternal grandparents Lillian and Lawrence Subacz.

The family will hold a memorial service on Friday, May 31, 2019 at 10:00am at Christ Our King and Savior Church, Greensboro, GA. A Celebration of Life will follow in the Parish hall.
