Otis Lynch Hall, age 75, of Greensboro, GA died Saturday, July 24, 2004 at his residence. He was born in Union Point, GA on July 7, 1929 to the late Otis Hall and Hattie Moore Tuggle. He graduated from Union Point High School and during his career he worked for Kimbrough Farms in Greensboro, Central Soya Poultry in Athens, Hyline Chicks in Newborn and as a mail courier for the Clarke County School System where he retired. He was an active member of Bishop Baptist Church.
He is survived by four daughters, Karen H. Brinkley and husband Jimmy of Watkinsville, GA, Teressa Crowe of Ft. Payne, AL, Paige Childs and husband Rick of Gray, GA and Jennifer Ruark and husband Ernest of Watkinsville, GA; four sons, Anthony E. Hall and wife Lisa of Social Circle, GA, Warren Reid Hall of Watkinsville, GA, Greg Hall and wife Connie of Watkinsville, GA and Mark Hall of Greshamville, GA; a sister, Frances Graham of Florida; sixteen grand children; five great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his brothers and sisters, Carson Tuggle, Ralph Tuggle, Granby Tuggle, Bud Tuggle, Tom Tuggle, Thelma Sherrer and Mamie Batson.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, July 26, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. at Bishop Baptist Church with Rev. Eric Buffington officiating. Interment will follow at Greenview Cemetery in Greensboro. Serving as pallbearers are Mahlon Holland, M. H. "Prince" Parrish, Charles Holcomb, Dean Johnson, Jay Brinkley and John Brinkley. The family requests that any memorials be made to St. Mary''s Hospice, P. O. Box 6588, Athens, GA 30604. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. McCommons Funeral Home, 109 W.
