Nicky Robert Huff

Nicky Robert Huff, age 59, of Penfield, GA, died on Sunday, February 28, 2010. Son of Leona Webb Huff Morrow of Woodville, GA and the late William Robert "Bobby" Huff, Nicky was born on June 17, 1950 in Greene County. As a child he attended school in Union Point and then attended Greene County High School in Greensboro. For a number of years, he was a driver for Oconee Sand & Gravel.

Nicky is survived by his wife, Shirley Greer Huff, of Siloam, GA; mother, Leona Webb Morrow and stepfather, Thomas Morrow of Woodville, GA; daughters, Nickie Huff of Siloam, GA and Mary Warren Lankford of Greensboro, GA; three sisters, Brenda H. Edwards of Greensboro, GA, Beatrice Norene Thompson of Penfield, GA and Esther Annette Thompson and husband Mike of Greensboro, GA; brother-in-law, Hoyt Lindsey; grandsons, Andrew Huff, Dustin Huff, Nicklous Couch and Michael Huff; and several step children and step grandchildren. In addition to his father, William Robert Huff, he was preceded in death by a sister, Romie Louise Huff; his paternal grandparents, William Parker Huff and Romie Louise Wheeler Huff; maternal grandparents, John William Webb and Norene Jennings Webb.

Graveside Services will be held Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. at Wisteria Cemetery, Rhodes Street, Union Point, GA with the Rev. Ronald Smith officiating. McCommons Funeral Home, 109 W.
