Mary Darlene Brumblow Lackey

Mary Darlene Brumblow Lackey age 55, of Greensboro, Georgia, formerly of Covington Georgia passed away on Monday, November 26, 2012 at St. Mary''s Hospital in Athens, GA. She was born on May 3, 1957 in Atlanta, Georgia to Dorothy Mae Thompson Brumblow and the late Johnny Estee Brumblow. She attended Bass High School and worked for 18 years as a manager and cook for the Waffle House Restaurants . She was a member of Buckhead Worship Center in Buckhead, Georgia. Mary enjoyed cooking, crocheting visiting at nursing homes and loved listening to Christmas music.

In addition to her mother Dorothy Brumblow, Mary is survived by daughters, Kristie Jones of Greensboro, GA, Bridgett Worthy (Mic) of Covington, GA, Tabatha Frick (Joe) of Conyers, GA and Teresa Schwartz of Loganville, GA; a son, Jamie Jones of Augusta, GA; sisters, Wynelle Brumblow, Brenda Mackey and Lillie Monroe; brothers, Danny Brumblow, Darryl Brumblow and Tommy Brumblow; grandchildren, Kristin, Miracle, Angel, Alera, Elysia, Malaila (Benjemin), Austin, Ealan, Ben and Leium; as well as a number of other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Johnny Estee Brumblow; her sister, Dorothy Gayle Wright and her brother, Doug Brumblow.
