Marshall Wilson Harper, age 69, of Sylvania, GA died Monday, July 26, 2004 at his residence. He was born in Greene County on September 22, 1934 to the late Woodrow Wilson Harper and Sara Lee Parrott Harper. He was a graduate of the Georgia School for the Deaf in Cave Spring, GA. In 1988 he retired from the Sylvania Telephone Newspaper after working as a printer for thirty years. He was a member of Middle Ground Church of Sylvania.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Mae Heath Harper of Sylvania, GA; a daughter, Brenda Donaldson and husband Marko of Frisco, TX; a son Maxwell Wilson Harper and wife Misty of Americus, GA; a sister, Marcia Broman and husband Charles of Fairfax, VA; and a granddaughter, Heather Harper.
Graveside Services will be held on Friday, July 30, 2004 at 1:30 p.m. at Greensboro City Cemetery with Rev. Ira McKeever officiating.
