Marie Boswell Conger

Marie Boswell Conger, age 92, of Penfield, Georgia, died Sunday, March 23, 2003 at the Family Life Enrichment Center of High Shoals. A native of Greene County, she was born April 10, 1910 to the late Luncy Andrew Boswell and Eliza Janes Boswell. She was a homemaker and a member of Penfield Presbyterian Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband Dave Conger Sr. in 1992 . She is survived by a son, Dave Conger Jr. and wife Dianne of Greensboro, GA; four half-sisters, Emily B. Lindsey of Greensboro, GA, Billie Crews of Carrollton, GA, Roberta Hulsey of Duluth, GA, and Luncine Caldwell of Canton, GA; two grandchildren, Dave Conger III and Jennifer Conger.

Graveside funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 25, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. at Penfield Cemetery with Rev. Reggie Haslett officiating. The family requests that any memorials be made to Penfield Presbyterian Church. The family will receive friends from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday night at the funeral home.
