Luise "Lottie" Schrinner Wynne

Luise Charlotte “Lottie” Schrinner Wynne of Crawfordville, GA died Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at Wills Memorial Hospital in Washington, GA at the age of 90. Born on January 6, 1922, in Berlin, Germany she was the daughter of the late William Schrinner and Berta Tober Schrinner. Lottie graduated in Berlin Germany and met her husband, Henry Marshall Wynne, Jr. during the “Berlin Airlift”. After the war they returned to the United States and made their home in Crawfordville, GA. She was a homemaker and a member of Crawfordville Baptist Church. Her husband, Henry Marshall Wynne, Jr, preceded her in death in 1958. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, William Schrinner, Jr. and Helmut Schrinner who both lost their lives during World War II. She is survived by a son, Robert “Bob” Wynne and his wife Jan of Sandersville, GA; three grandchildren, Mary Schrinner Wynne and Robert Marshall Wynne, Jr. both of Athens, GA and Sarah Elizabeth Wynne Hart and her husband Bo of Macon, GA; a great granddaughter, Elizabeth O’Neal “Ella” Hart; and many friends. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, May 12, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Crawfordville Baptist Church, 142 Memorial Drive, Crawfordville, GA 30631 with Rev. Dennis Garner officiating. Following the service the family will receive friends at the church.
