Jessie Cleone Wright Small

Jessie Cleone Wright Small, age 103, of Greensboro, GA, died Saturday, June 17, 2006 at Athens Regional Medical Center. Born in Eaton County, Michigan on June 11, 1903, she was the daughter of the late Nathan David Wright and Ida Belle Moore Wright both of Michigan. She was an office manager for a Mortgage Loan and Insurance Agency. Mrs. Small was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Greensboro.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George Samuel Small and a grandson, John Arthur Ott. She is survived by a daughter, Gretchen Ott and husband Arthur of Greensboro, GA; a son, Terence Small of Gainesville, FL; five grand children, Wanda Sause, Brian Ott, Scott Small, Julie Branyan and Laura Ruben; ten great grandchildren, Justin and Adrian Ott, Lindsey, April and John Hinton Branyan, Kristie Grimm, Maggie Greene, Virginia and Graham Small and Adrian Jenkins; a great-great grandchild, Madison Grimm; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Graveside Services will be held Tuesday, June 20, 2006, at 11:00 a.m. at the Oakwood Cemetery in Adrian, MI. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sunday night at McCommons Funeral Home.
