Jacquelyn Brown Dunagan

Jacquelyn Brown “Jackie” Dunagan, age 59, of Greensboro, GA, died Wednesday, April 9, 2008 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born April 13, 1948 along with her twin, Ginny, to the late Edward Pierce Brown and Jacquelyn Jackson Brown. Jackie was a lifelong resident of Greene County and attended Greensboro High School. During her working career she worked for Don Lacoff at The Clothes Closet and Charles Easley, both at Greensboro Florist and The Country House. Affectionately known as “Maw”, she is survived by four daughters, Amy Boswell and husband Farrett of Greensboro, GA, Angie Ogletree of Greensboro, GA, Beth Richards and husband Marc of Crawfordville, GA and Kim Crawford and husband Bill Jr. of Greensboro, GA; two sons, David Dunagan and wife Teresa of White Plains, GA and Richard Dunagan, Jr. and wife Bitsy of White Plains, GA; two sisters, Linda B. Boswell and husband Rooster of Greensboro, GA and Ginny Rozier and husband Mike of Eatonton, GA; good friends, Jean Dolvin and Charles Easley; seventeen grandchildren; one great grandchild; and a host of other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Joe Brown. Graveside Services will be held on Friday, April 11, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at Greshamville Cemetery with Rev. Farrett Boswell officiating. The family requests that any memorials may be made to Nathanael Greene Academy, P. O. Box 109, Siloam, GA 30665 or to the charity of your choice.
