Horace Gary “Trey” Harwell III, age 26, of the Liberty Community in White Plains, GA, died on Tuesday, December 12, 2017.  Trey was born in Augusta, GA on May 29, 1991, the son of  Caren Gentry Harwell of the Liberty Community and the late Horace Gary Harwell, Jr.  Trey graduated from Nathanael Greene Academy and received a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Georgia College in Milledgeville, GA.  He graduated Magna Cum Laude.  On August 3, 2015 he married the former Abigail Ravadilla.  He was a Dental Registration Clerk for Tendercare Clinic in Greensboro, GA and a member of Liberty United Methodist Church.  His favorite pastime was playing video games and spending time with family and friends.

In addition to his wife, Abigail “Abby” Harwell of the Liberty Community, he is survived by his mother, Caren Harwell of the Liberty Community; brother, John Harwell; grandfather, Horace G. Harwell, Sr. of Greensboro, GA; aunts, Kathy Ivey (James) and Jan Foster (Ray); uncles, Rodgers Gentry (Vicky) and Ron Gentry; and his beloved pets, Tux and Georgia.  He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, December 14, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Liberty United Methodist Church, 3091 Liberty Church Road, White Plains, GA 30678 with Rev. Wes Privitt officiating. Serving as pallbearers are Jim Foster, William Sumner, Patrick Nix,  Josh Barr, Dr. Matt Carithers and Dr. Corey Woodard.  The family will receive friends Wednesday, December 13, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at McCommons Funeral Home.  McCommons Funeral Home, 109 W.
