Herbert Prichard Obituary

Herbert Randall Prichard

Randy Prichard, age 64, of Colbert, GA passed away on March 5, 2016 after a six-year battle with cancer.  He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Cheryl Bradley Prichard, son William Prichard, daughter Martha Jo Dalton (Kyle) and grandchildren Peyton and Wyatt Dalton.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Winterville First Baptist Church, Winterville, GA on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at 11am. The family will receive friends at the Bass Lake pavilion next to the family home on Monday, March 7, 2016 from 4pm until 6pm.

The highlights of Randy’s last years were his great love for God, his family, church family and friends. He loved to hear the words, “Papa…tractor!”  Randy’s life was embodied by Hebrews 12:1… he ran with endurance the race God set before him.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Food Pantry of Winterville First Baptist Church, 305 N. Church Street, Winterville, Ga 30683 or to the Food Bank of Northeast Georgia, 861 Newton Bridge Rd, Athens, GA 30607.  McCommons Funeral Home, 109 W. Broad St., Greensboro, GA, (706) 453-2626, is in charge of arrangements. Visit us at www.mccommonsfuneralhome.com to sign the online guest register.
