Grace (Reynolds) Murphy

Grace Reynolds Murphy of Union Point, Georgia died on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Braselton, Georgia. She was 75.  Grace was born in Dowelltown, Tennessee on May 6, 1944, the daughter of Ruby Nell Gibbs Reynolds and the late John Martin Reynolds. For the last 48 years Grace lived in Union Point, Georgia. She worked for Hometown Manufacturing as a seamstress and NIBCO as a packer.  She enjoyed dancing and fishing. 

Survivors in addition to her mother, Ruby Nell Reynolds of Tennessee, include her sisters, Helen (Mark) Blanchard and Bernice Hendrixson both of Tennessee; brother, William (Willie Jo) Reynolds also of Tennessee; daughters, Donna (Kenny) McNeal of Pineville, Louisiana and Sabrina (Ellis) Rucker of Winder, Georgia; grandchildren, Kenneth Dobson, Christopher Dobson, Whitney Dobson, Joshua Rucker, and Jacob Rucker; 9 great grandchildren; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her father, John Reynolds; brother, Johnny Reynolds; daughter, Annette Kilgore; and son, Ronnie Murphy. 

Her family will receive visitors on May 30, 2019 from 6:00pm - 8:00pm at 202 Wotton Ave., Union Point, GA  30669.  A Celebration of her Life will be held at Gum Springs Baptist Church, 1264 Gum Springs Church Road, Jefferson, GA  30549 on May 31, 2019 at 10:00am with Rev.
