Mary Grace Paul Cook, of Woodville GA, died Tuesday, January 23 at St Mary’s Good Samaritan Hospital in Greensboro, GA at the age of 84. She was born on October 30, 1933 in Lexington, GA, the only child of the late Robert Clifford (R.C.) Paul and Mary Grace Miller Paul. Grace received her degree in elementary education from Georgia State College for Women (GSCW) in Milledgeville.

Never living more than two years in one place, Grace became the expert packer and army hostess. She also taught school in many of the places that they lived before retiring after 25 years in education from Union Point Elementary School. Grace proudly belonged to the Alpha Theta Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma where her mother was a founding member.
Grace loved her lake home and enjoyed decorating it for every season. She was a wonderful cook and delighted in baking bread for her relatives and neighbors. Grace made friends everywhere she went and will be remembered by many for her kindness, loving nature, thoughtfulness, and generosity.
