Gail Stephens Branyan, 60, of Greensboro, Georgia died on Thursday, August 30, 2012, at Greene Point Health & Rehabilitation in Union Point. She was born December 15, 1951 in Greensboro, Georgia to the late James Roy Stephens and Hattie Mae Ingram Stephens. She attended Greene County High School. Gail worked as a quality control manager for Hometown for twenty years. She was a member of West End Baptist Church.
She is survived by two brothers, Thomas Franklin "Dee" Stephens of Greensboro, GA and Johnny Wayne Stephens of Farmington, GA; a number of nieces and nephews; two step-daughters, Melanie Branyan of Greensboro, GA and Michelle (Branyan) Chambers of Macon, GA; step-son, Stan Branyan of Greensboro, GA; and many other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Gary Roy Stephens and Bobby Kent "Jo Boogie" Stephens. Gail will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
