Farrell Adams Hall, age 84 of Greensboro, GA passed away on January 19, 2015.  Farrell was born in Newnan, GA on December 19, 1930 and was the youngest son of Winton L. Hall and Gladys Adams Hall.

Farrell graduated from Newnan High School and the University of Georgia.  Before entering college he enlisted in the United States Army and served with the 315th Signal Corp in Germany.  Upon his return from service he entered the University of Georgia and received a BBA Degree.  While in college he married Emma Jones of Cordele, GA.  After graduation he went to work for National Biscuit Co. in Atlanta and retired in 1985.

Farrell was an avid Georgia fan and attended most of the UGA football games.  In 1990 Farrell and his wife Emma moved to Lake Oconee.  He enjoyed boating, fishing, and swimming.  He loved animals; especially his dog Roxy.  He was a member of the Georgia Alumni Association and Walker United Methodist Church.

Farrell was preceded in death by his wife, Emma Jones Hall, survived by his daughter, Catherine Ann Hall of Lake Oconee; son, Robert Winton Hall and wife Meredith, of Bethlehem, GA; son, William Gregory Hall and wife Jan of Guyton, GA; grandchildren, Kelly Suzanne Hall, Emma Katherine Hall, Robert Winton Hall Jr., William Bradley Hall, and Brian Gregory Hall.

Farrell was a wonderful husband and father and supported his family in all their endeavors.   

A Funeral Service will be held at Walker United Methodist Church on Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. John W. Pike officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.  Serving as pallbearers are Bradley Hall, Brian Hall, Dan Powell, Phil Lukert, Jeff Hall and John Kilman.  The family will receive friends Wednesday from 12:00 p.m. until time for the service at Walker United Methodist Church.  The family requests that any memorials be made Walker United Methodist Church, 2730 Walker Church Road, Greensboro, GA  30642.  McCommons Funeral Home, 109 W.
