Elizabeth Gertrude Brabham Littrell, 69, of Greensboro, Georgia died Sunday, September 14, 2003 at Athens Regional Medical Center. She was born July 6, 1934 in Richland County, South Carolina to the late James Watson Brabham and Corrie Mae Morris Brabham. For over twenty years she was a server for the S & S Cafeteria in Columbia, South Carolina. Since 1978 she had lived in Greene county. She was always a good samaritan who loved to look after others.
She is survived by two daughters, Marsha Greer of Greensboro, Georgia and Darlene Price and husband Harvey of Greensboro, Georgia; a brother, James Watson Brabham Jr. and wife Ann of Columbia, South Carolina; three grandchildren, Johnny Greer Jr., Robert Greer and Michael Greer; and two great grandchildren, Austin Greer and Devon Greer. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harrison Lane Littrell and a daughter, Mae Dorine Smith.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, September 18, 2003 at 3:00 p.m. at McCommons Chapel with Rev. Johnny Barrett officiating. Burial will follow in Macedonia Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers are Harvey Price, Jerry Durrance, Ricky Couch, Roger West, Norman Lashley, Robert Greer and Phil Van Eck. The family will receive friends from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Wednesday night at the Funeral Home. McCommons Funeral Home, 109 W.
