David William Duvall, Sr

David William Duvall, Sr., age 52, of Union Point, GA, died Saturday, August 19, 2006 at Athens Regional Medical Center. Born on July 30, 1954 in Fulton County, he was the son of Eva Darlene McKenzie Duvall and the late William Duvall. David graduated from Daniel O''Keefe High School in Atlanta and worked as a vacuum cleaner repairman for Hoover. He was a member of Center Pointe Church in Madison, GA.

He is survived by his wife, Deborah Duvall of Union Point, GA; a step-daughter, Stephanie Murphey of Eatonton, GA; three sons, David Wiliam Duvall, Jr. and wife Tracy of New Port Richey, FL, Paul Jason Duvall and wife Samantha of LaFayette, GA and Brandon William Duvall of Woodstock, GA; his mother and stepfather, Eva and Jerry Whitfield of Ocala, FL; two sisters, Brenda Duvall of Madison, GA and Patricia Love and husband Dennis of Union Point, GA; six grandchildren, Alyssa Duvall, Emily Duvall, Kristafer Duvall, Hailey Tedrick, Kaleb Timms and Jayden Murphey; a nephew, Gregory Garrett of Union Point, GA; and a number of other relatives and friends. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Steve Duvall.

Graveside Services will be held on Tuesday, August 22, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at Greenlawn Cemetery in Union Point with Rev. Jack Cromer officiating.
