Daniel Coner Robinson, age 50, of Greensboro, Georgia, died Monday, June 8, 2009 at Saint Joseph''s at East Georgia in Greensboro. Born in Davidson County, Tennessee on October 7, 1958, he was the son of the late Aaron Coner Robinson and Patsy Jolene Secrest Robinson. He graduated from Lithonia High School and attended Brevard College in North Carolina. He was an electrician. Dan married Janice Swann of Union Point in 2009 and was the owner and operator of Electric Landscapes. He considered himself an amateur inventor who was very creative and loved to design and build. He was always tinkering. Dan was a member of the National Rifle Association and love to go camping.
In addition to his wife, Janice Swann Robinson of Greensboro, GA, he is survived by two sisters, Cindy Starling and husband Rick of Madison, GA and Kim Robinson; two nieces, Taylor Lavelle of Athens, GA and Mackenzie Lavelle of Madison, GA; and many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his siblings, Michael Robinson and Bob Robinson.
Memorial Services will be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. at the Bethesda Baptist Church in Union Point with Rev. Jim Olds officiating. The family requests that any memorials be made to the National Kidney Foundation, 2951 Flowers Road S., Suite 211, Atlanta, GA 30341-5533. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until time for the service at Bethesda Baptist Church Fellowship Hall. McCommons Funeral Home, 109 W.
