Charles Wayne Jordan, age 63, of Greensboro, Georgia, died Sunday, December 4, 2011. Wayne was born May 14, 1948, in Madison County, Georgia to the late William Joseph "Bud" Jordan and Ina Mae Smith Jordan. He attended Greensboro High School. Wayne worked as an equipment operator at Durhamtown Plantation Sportsman Resort and worked on docks and seawalls. His hobbies were motorcycles and restoring a 1970 Chevrolet truck.

He is survived by his wife, Betty O''Neal Jordan of Greensboro, GA; two daughters, Paige Holder of Savannah, GA and Jill McKinley and husband Alan of Greensboro, GA; stepdaughters, Debbie Oxenrider and Joni Roberts; five sons, Tracy Jordan and wife Erica of Siloam, GA, Robby Wilson of Greensboro, GA, Chad Brian Jordan and wife Julie of Sommerset, KY, Nick Jordan and wife Chasity of Siloam, GA and Joe Jordan of Jonesboro, GA; sisters, Virginia Smith of Greensboro, GA, Gladys Frady and husband Bobby of Toccoa, GA and Rachel Glover of Greensboro, GA; brother, Doffice Jordan and wife Gladys of Greensboro, GA; sisters-in-law Zerah Jordan and Sandra Jordan; brother-in-law, Talmadge Michaels; grandchildren, Tyler Jordan, Hayley Mize, Jordan Mize; Keith Holder, Misty Holder, Ronnie Holder; Erica Wilson, Brent Wilson; Madison Jordan; Bethany Jordan; Harley Jordan; Shelby Higdon, Dustin Higdon, Gage McKinley, Gavin McKinley, Taylor Allen,Tennet Allen, William Gibson and wife Caitlin and Jon Clifton and wife Lauren; great grandchildren, Jordan Holder, Elizabeth Holder, Alexus Pearson, Ronin Gibson, Sommer Clifton, Taylor Clifton and Sterlin Swint; and a number of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Edna Osley and Louise Michaels; and two brothers, W. E. "Dub" Jordan and Gene Jordan.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, December 7, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at McCommons Chapel with Rev. Robert Robinson officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon until time for the service at McCommons Funeral Home. The family requests that any memorials be made to Feed The Children, P. O.
