Cathy Yearwood Anderson, age 65, of Greensboro, Georgia, died on Sunday, February 19, 2017 at Eatonton Health and Rehabilitation. A lifelong resident of Greene County, she was born on January 11, 1952, and was the daughter of Jean Wray Yearwood Ogletree of Union Point, GA and the late Robert Frank Yearwood. She graduated from Greene County High School. On November 29, 1975 she married Ronald Franklin Anderson. For ten years Cathy was the Business Manager for Coldwell Banker Real Estate in Greensboro, GA on Lake Oconee. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Greensboro. Cathy enjoyed bridge and golf and was an avid Georgia Bulldog fan.
 
In addition to her mother, Jean Ogletree of Union Point, GA, she is survived by her husband, Ronald F. Anderson of Greensboro, GA; siblings, Vonnie Atkinson (Ralph) of Florence, SC,  Lynn Webb (George Mitchell) of Eatonton, GA, Ronnie Yearwood (Charlotte) of Union Point, GA,  Johnny Yearwood (Mary Agnes) of Greensboro, GA, and David Yearwood (Suzette) of Union Point, GA; brother and sister-in-law, Mike and Melba McNabb of Huntsville, AL; and numerous nieces and nephews.  Other survivors include her wonderful caregivers, Harriett Monford and Catherine Curney.
 
A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. at McCommons Chapel, 109 W. Broad Street, Greensboro, GA 30642 with Rev. Mike Morgan officiating. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. until time for the service at  the funeral home.   The family requests that any memorials be made to the First United Methodist Church, P.
